I wonder how many of you here have heard of this song Huang HUn by Xiao Gang? I think the lyrics suck like hell. Chang4 bu wan2 yi4 shou3 ge1, pi2 juan4 hai2 sheng4 xia4 yi1 ge4 hei1 yan3 quan1. WHAT The hell man...gou3 pi4 bu4 tong1!! But nonetheless I like the tune of it. I guess this is what comes out of people when htey are are down and out. Apparently Xiao Gang wrote it when he was down and out. Heh. Well that's purrrfectly understandable. You arent even in the right frame of mind to think, therefore what comes out naturally is trash.
Seen the quiz that I took?? I think what it says of me is pretty true. I do have an immense drive to seek for success. But I guess it is no longer as what it used to be back then when I had a specific goal, and it was very clear cut as to how I can go about achieving my goal. But now when it is no longer so clear, things get a lot trickier. It seems that almost all the roads can lead me to my destination. I suppose it is just a matter of taking the expressway/highway or the dirt track. Afterall, don;t people say that all roads lead to Rome?
I have this terrible thirst to be the best. I know that if I were the best therre will be no one who;d dare to lay a finger on me. They;d think twice. Yes, I am selective of my friends. I guess it has got to do with me wanting to be the best. I cannot afford to let anyone betray me.
And this leads me to recall what Queen Elizabeth I of England said in her Golden Speech in 1601 which she began with, "To be a King and wear a crown is a thing more pleasant to them that see it, than it is pleasant to them that bear it. "
This is my favorite part of the speech. I guess this is the price that one has to pay for being right at the top. But I am willing to pay this price. Because it is only at the top that I get the best view
